The Execution Roadmap was the master plan I didn’t know I needed until I saw it. Working through it with my coach, significantly changed the game for me.
It was immediately after the Execution Roadmap meeting with my coach, that everything opened up. My immediate next steps were clear to me, and I had so much speed in execution that I was able to:
- Announce Scribe Secrets – a 7-day email-based mini-course for writers. We had 42 signups in less than 3 weeks of announcing it.
- Launch Scribe Stories – a series of live conversations on Instagram with leading authors, writers, and scribes. I partnered with two Visionaries within VCAP (Coach Tomiisin and Mrs. Noch). We hit about 400 views cumulatively for the 3 live sessions we had.
- Plan and host 3 webinars:
a. Scribe Secrets Opening Webinar: How to Partner with God to Write and Publish Without Overwhelm or Burnout.
b. Scribe Secrets Closing Webinar: Book Launch, Publicity, and Selling Your First 100 Copies.
c. The Scribe Identity Webinar: Debunking the Myths and Misconceptions Holding You Back as a Writer.
- Establish the S.A.W. Community – a free faith-based community for authors and writers with over 50 members.
- Partner with a Christian book writers’ club to host virtual prayer and teaching meetings for authors titled C.A.S.E. (Christian Authors’ Spiritual Empowerment). We’ve had 4 sessions so far.
- Launched the pilot stage of the Birthing Boot Camp, and I got my first 4 paying clients for my coaching program.
Every step I took to achieve these things was in my Execution Roadmap. As I write to you today, 3 books have been completed and published from my community of writers. And all of this was achieved in less than 6 months!
How has collaborating with peers in the Labs enhanced your experience? What valuable connections or insights have you gained?
Oh my! Being a member of Lab 9 is such a gift. The energy, love, sisterhood, and support in Lab 9 cannot be compared to anything else. We’ve prayed together, welcomed a baby, met and taken pictures in person, mobilized resources together, and even conducted training within the Lab.
I found a business coach within my Lab, and applying some of the insights she shared during our business meeting helped me land my first paying clients.
Lab 9 is my MARS group, my sounding board, and my support system on this visionary journey. I’m so glad that I don’t get to walk this path alone.
