VCAP has been a truly transformational journey for me-a life-changing program that unlocked new possibilities within myself. At the start of the year, I recognized the need for deeper focus, consecration, and mastery in execution. I knew I couldn’t do it alone, and I can confidently say that VCAP has been an answered prayer.

How has VCAP’s Execution Roadmap helped clarify your business vision and strategy?

The Visionary Execution Roadmap was instrumental in helping me clearly define and articulate my vision. It provided the clarity I needed to map out a strategy and break down my larger goals into manageable steps and milestones. This approach gave me a clear, actionable path to success.

As I worked through the Roadmap with my Lab coach, I realized the importance of focusing on and refining my coaching and mentoring company within the context of the VCAP journey. The process helped me zero in on the key areas that needed my attention.

The Roadmap also gave me a concrete understanding of what success should look like for my vision, particularly for the conference. At each stage of the planning process, I referred back to the Roadmap to ensure I was aligned with the key actions needed for success.

What significant milestones have you achieved since implementing VCAP’s principles?

Thanks to the VCAP principles, I was able to successfully launch and register a new organization, Every Good Work Co, and accomplish a series of key milestones, including business registration, branding, website development, building a volunteer team, launching a coaching program, and hosting a conference just weeks after announcing the company. Every step of this journey was guided by the VCAP framework, including the Execution Blueprint, Action Plan Tracker, and, most importantly, the Core Curriculum.

The Core Curriculum was a game-changer for me- it expanded my mindset and helped me understand the leader I needed to become as a visionary. It truly transformed my thinking and ability to execute with confidence and precision.
