Application Requirements for the Visionary Compass Accelerator Program
We desire to give you the highest quality of coaching. Thus, to ensure that we help each visionary with the time and dedication they need, we cap the 2024 Group Coaching at 50 visionaries only, the Exclusives at 30, and the Executive Coaching at 20.
Visionary Compass Accelerator Program is application-based and runs three coaching tiers:

Exclusive Coaching
Executive Coaching
All applicants would be required to go through a short application process.
For the purpose of synergy, we prefer to gather a group of growth-driven visionaries, who are interested in accomplishing their vision by leveraging collective wisdom and collaborative efforts to navigate challenges, execute their next-big-targets and attain sustainable success.
We’d require you to follow a short application process, so that we can confirm your suitability to join the Program, as we seek to work with high-growth visionaries who are able to put in the work! Kindly provide as much detail during your application. We will contact all applicants on the outcome of your application.
If shortlisted, you will also take the Mastery Level Assessment to help us determine your ideal Mastery Lab, the Certified Accountability Coach to match with you, as well as how best to help you execute your goals.
