VCAP Unleashes Visionary Impact: TheVirtualSoulClinic’s Journey to Thriving Souls

HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT VCAP, AND WHAT MADE IT THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR YOU?

VCAP was THE opportunity I needed to test the vision, validate it, add arms and legs, and give it a life of its own.

DID YOU HAVE YOUR VISION CLARIFIED, OR DID YOU COME TO VCAP TO FIGURE THINGS OUT?

At TheVirtualSoulClinic, the Vision is a world full of thriving souls whose healing journeys flow into everyday living and interactions. We’re actively contributing to this by providing 15-20 talk/support coaching – a form of mental health first-aid – for free to ANYONE who needs it.

This requires a lot of committed hearts and hands, funding, and even more support from the communities around us.

WHAT INTRIGUED YOU THE MOST ABOUT THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE?

I’m over the moon about the internship experience! Picture this: interning with an Expert Mentor from VCAP who’s not just a whiz in the program but also a mental health neurosurgeon – yeah, talk about a double whammy! VCAP played matchmaker, bringing this extraordinary opportunity my way.

Big shoutout to the team – they’re like our guiding stars, always there to answer questions, making the whole journey feel like a breeze. They’re the reminder, the push, the cheerleaders, making every step feel like a victory lap.

Honestly, it’s like living in a storybook, and I don’t want this chapter to end. I’d sign up for VCAP over and over – it’s that good, and that inspiring!

DID YOU HAVE AN “A-HA!” MOMENT THAT CHANGED YOUR WAY OF THINKING ABOUT YOUR VISIONARY JOURNEY?

VCAP has helped me put structure to my vision. In the Build Lab, I am stretched via the execution blueprint which increases my capacity to think through the entire visioning and execution process from start to finish.

It has helped me build and put structure to what I am building from operations, Human Resources to marketing, legacy building, to working on my brand. There was nothing that was not touched in the VCAP Core Curriculum and Execution Blueprint.

With the VCAP Execution Blueprint, we have been able to prioritize specific pillars for sustainability including Organizational Structure and Culture, Financial and Process Accountability, and most importantly, People Development.

Since digging my hands into the blueprint, with the help of the TVSC team, we’ve reflected on our successes to date, crafted our vision, mission, culture, and big direction for the future, and analyzed the current trends in the mental health and telehealth delivery space.

We are currently firming up our operational efficiencies and growing our customer centricity via process analyses, feedback forms, and internal reviews.

With the above, we have been able to apply for grants.

We even have our first Board of Directors meeting this Friday – June 23rd and I am super excited!

I am more confident about the oxygen I am providing – mental health first-aid is AIR. The work has been validated with comments from licensed psychotherapists and psychologists.

40 WEEKS IS SUCH A LONG TIME. HOW HAS VCAP HELPED YOU TO AVOID BURNOUT AND HOW HAS IT IMPACTED YOUR WORK AND HOME LIFE?

The Core Curriculum has helped me reflect on ways I can scale ME as a visionary communicator and an influential leader – I am a work-in-progress.

Despite a myriad of family challenges, work with KGA, career expansions where I have been assigned more projects and now reporting to 3 new line managers as opposed to 1, VCAP and VCAP blueprint have helped me to NOT give up on thevirtualsoulclinic.com.

This year at VCAP has increased my acute sense of ownership, and my level of boldness and conviction. I am not afraid, nor seeking permission!

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO IS CONSIDERING THE PROGRAM?

I highly recommend it to anybody serious about bringing their vision to life.
