Thriving in Visionary Excellence: Motunrayo’s Journey with VCAP Unleashes Clarity, Strategies, and Community Support for Personal and Professional Growth.
HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT VCAP, AND WHAT MADE IT THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR YOU?
My journey with the Visionary Compass Accelerator Program began after seeing DDK’s post on Instagram. I applied primarily because of the UNBUNDLING THE DECADE course. However, the experience of being in VCAP has reshaped my thinking about my vision.
DID YOU HAVE YOUR VISION CLARIFIED, OR DID YOU COME TO VCAP TO FIGURE THINGS OUT?
I joined VCAP with a vision for my faith-based organization. I had begun to feel prompted to start a faith-based organization but didn’t know where to start. Before then, I had only created a three-month course. However, as DDK said, when you think you are done with something, God can set you up for another.
VCAP gave me clarity on who our audience is, how to serve them, our offers, how to properly price services even if they are free, (the 2nd-trimester retreat still echoes in my head,) and managing my expectations as a Visionary.
WHAT INTRIGUED YOU THE MOST ABOUT THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE?
Diving into my faith-based organization was like unlocking a door to joy and purpose. The clarity and conviction I experienced were like stepping into a new realm of courage. Leaving my 9-5 job is not just a date; it’s a thrilling countdown to a new adventure.
Now, let’s think of the Launch Execution Blueprint as our roadmap through uncharted territories. We ticked all the boxes: registrations, filings, website up and running, mailing list soaring, team expanding – it’s like building a rocket, ensuring every detail is perfect before liftoff.
The fantastic part? Our program took flight! Enrolling 50 passionate souls felt like orchestrating a symphony of dreams. We’ve touched the lives of 150 women, creating ripples of impact beyond what we imagined.
And there’s more! A new 3-month program emerged, thanks to solid structures and processes. Dr. Emmanuel Tarfa’s mentoring session was like a guiding light. Building a team became a strategic chess game, and now, I have a playbook – structures and processes meticulously documented, ready for quarterly reviews.
It’s not just a journey; it’s a blockbuster in the making, with each chapter filled with suspense, triumphs, and a cast of characters turning dreams into reality.
DID YOU HAVE AN “A-HA!” MOMENT THAT CHANGED YOUR WAY OF THINKING ABOUT YOUR VISIONARY JOURNEY?
The core curriculum, execution blueprint, coaching calls, end-of-trimester retreats, and further resources have broadened my knowledge, elevated my mindset and thinking, and equipped me with resources and wisdom that would continue to serve me even beyond the program!
VCAP gave me clarity on who our audience is, how to serve them, our offers, how to properly price services even if they are free, (the 2nd-trimester retreat still echoes in my head,) and managing my expectations as a Visionary.
The community itself is inspiring. Seeing other Visionaries launching, building and scaling keeps me motivated and also offers me opportunities for collaboration to build my vision and deepen my impact.
My impact and reach are expanding. I now speak to women outside of my usual network. I have received positive feedback about the program’s impact, and some women have even joined our community because they were convinced of the value of following me.
40 WEEKS IS SUCH A LONG TIME. HOW HAS VCAP HELPED YOU TO AVOID BURNOUT AND HOW HAS IT IMPACTED YOUR WORK AND HOME LIFE?
I’ve implemented systems in every area of my life, which helps me stay focused and get things done when needed.
It has taught me how to live an Eden-like life even as a Visionary so I don’t burn out but can continue to serve my vision from a place of rest without neglecting the other important areas of my life.
VCAP also made me take steps towards upskilling, and constantly building myself so I can become the woman who executes the vision.
I can say right now that I have a good idea of what it entails to build a lasting vision and I am building one!
