I’m not even clear on my Vision yet. Will Visionary Compass help me?
Visionary Compass is a Coaching System that deploys a tested 4 x 4 Vision Mastery methodology that moves you from scratch to scale with your vision. Even if you have not fully caught all parts of your vision, the Compass will help you gain precision in the first 30 – 90 days of the program (depending on how quickly you take action with our Proprietary Blueprint) so that you can move forward towards launching your assignment.
We are proud of you! If you’re already on the path of real results with your vision, then you would likely be enrolled in the Build or Scale Mastery Level at Visionary Compass. Thus, the program will further deepen your insights about all the key components of your vision, as well as help you implement a fully-built system for high-value execution, leadership, and growth to scale your vision, increase your reach, strengthen your institution and grow your impact and multiply your wealth.
Yes, you would be able to apply the principles we teach at Visionary Compass across any other service track. The Eight (8) Core Curriculum Modules will guide you on the Four Empires of Vision, across 32 Cardinals that empower you to birth and build out any vision, mandate, or big idea that you have for a better world, including through nonprofit work, politics/governance, career, or faith-based ministry.
Our goal is to ensure that you execute all you will be learning. The program is based on our signature execution blueprint that will allow you to strategically and systematically work on your vision for the next 40 weeks without feeling encumbered.
Successful applicants in the next stage of the application will be asked to take a Mastery Level Assessment, the result will determine the mastery level, the admitted Visionary will be starting the program from.
We encourage you to select one of your assignments as your primary focus so that you can quickly integrate your learning into execution. Be rest assured that the same principles you master at Visionary Compass will work across multiple vision streams or assignments.
Application into VCAP is a 3-tier system that includes:
  • Group Coaching: Designed for Visionaries working within a cohort, accessing Program Content, Mentor Masterclasses, Execution Mastery Level, Execution Blueprint, Field Trip, and Live Coaching Retreat.
  • Exclusive Coaching: Has all the perks of the Group Coaching Plan coupled with limited access to VCAP’s Expert Mentors Council, Oleg Konovalov Leadership Coaching Certification, Graduation Dinner, and Award Celebrations.
  • Executive Coaching: Has all the perks of the Group and Exclusive Coaching plans coupled with Exclusive access to DDK in Execution Coaching Calls, and an Executive Leadership Immersion co-delivered with an International Business School in Africa.

The IMMERSE Inner Circle is IMMERSE Coaching Company’s subscription-based membership to help women experience personal transformation, delivered by mindset re-engineering. Group Coaching has a 3-year access to the core VCAP curriculum.
Exclusive and Executive Coaching have lifetime access to the core VCAP curriculum.
You can keep going back to this genius-grade Core Curriculum as this decade opens up and you hit mega-waves of opportunities within your spheres of influence!
Upon successful completion of the academic program, you can join our alumni-only continuous learning program, which gives you continued access to all the supporting resources, a vibrant community of leading Visionaries, and select replays of the academic program.

We are a global community of Visionary men and women, from all over the world. The Visionary Compass Accelerator Program and community run significantly online, from the corner of your home. The Live Coaching Retreat will, however, be held live in a physical location which will be communicated. This notwithstanding, you would be able to join in through live streaming and thoroughly have a great time!
You can either make a one-off payment or monthly subscriptions, billed automatically or through bank transfer.
We advise you to carefully weigh your decision to join Visionary Compass because due to the digital nature of our content and the rigorous procedure that onboards you into the program, each slot is carefully allocated. Thus, we will offer no refunds for this program. Again, kindly note that there are no circumstances under which we can provide you a refund once you have paid and been onboarded to our learning platform.
After submission, your application would go through a review/Jury evaluation process. You would be notified via email (typically within 5-7 working days) of your application status, with itemised next steps, including access to the payment portal as applicable.
Books are privately purchased by the Visionary and belong to you as your resource.
VCAP seeks to onboard you if you have a vision/idea for creating change in Africa, can sell the idea/vision you are working on (or planning to work on), as well as demonstrate that you have the time and willingness to actively participate in and fulfill the obligations of the Accelerator Program.

No. Access to graduation dinner and award celebrations is separately paid for in the Group Coaching Tier.

The Visionaries on the Exclusive and Executive Coaching tiers, however, have access to the Graduation Dinner and Awards Celebrations.

VCAP’s Execution Blueprint offers you a broad roadmap for moving your vision forward, including your top priority tasks with timelines. It shows you what you should focus on based on your Mastery level whether Clarify, Launch, Build, or Scale.

As a simple-to-implement execution work plan template, each Visionary will use this template to create their customised Plan containing further specific tasks to work on each Trimester.

The Execution Coaching calls at the beginning of each trimester are a separate package and are only available to Visionaries in the Executive Coaching plan.

Visionaries in the Group and Exclusive Coaching plans will have a session with their certified accountability coaches.

As a Visionary in the program, you’ll have an IAC-Certified Masteries Practitioner™ as your accountability coach. They are there to hand-hold you through the 40 weeks, ensure that you work through your execution blueprint, and also give you the support you need throughout the program.

Everyone has access to a Certified Accountability Coach. The difference is that Group Coaching is on a group level while Exclusive and Executive Coaching have one-on-one access.

Only the visionaries on the Executive Coaching Plan have access to the Executive Leadership Immersion co-delivered with a foremost African International Business School. This is also provided as a standalone part of the program, Visionaries and non-members of the 2024 VCAP program can still be a part of this.
